Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Position Summary

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con forti doti organizzative e di pianificazione da inserire nell‘area Supply Chain con il ruolo di Material & Production Manager - sede di Reggio Emilia.

Il candidato lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Supply Chain Manager coordinando il Team di riferimento.

Cerchiamo una risorsa con una elevata passione verso i processi di produzione.

La risorsa andrà a gestire le commesse dal punto di vista della pianificazione delle attività per rispettarne tempi e metodi di produzione.

Monitora il flusso dei materiali e identifica l’assetto ottimale per il reparto produttivo.

In accordo con il team della produzione, evidenzia eventuali carenze o colli di bottiglia al fine di garantire livelli ottimali e rispettare le scadenze degli ordini di vendita.

Monitora il livello di magazzino e delle scorte necessarie, lavorando con i fornitori, al fine di garantire la copertura necessaria in produzione e il raggiungimento die vari KPI.

Avrà modo di interfacciarsi con i vari reparti aziendali al fine di rispettare i tempi prestabiliti.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinamento team di risorse

• Pianifica l’assetto produttivo coerentemente con le esigenze del cliente

• Monitora l’avanzamento del piano di produzione stabilito

• Programma i fornitori di c/lavoro

• Assicura il raggiungimento degli obiettivi previsti in termini di tempistiche di produzione e OTD

• Monitorare la pianificazione dei fornitori garantendo la consegna in tempo

• Collabora con i fornitori

• Mantenere l'obiettivo delle scorte garantendo la copertura e il rispetto del piano di produzione definito

• Controllo e monitoraggio dei KPI di riferimento

• Possibilità di crescita e sviluppo del ruolo all’interno di un ambiente multinazionale

• Possibilità di partecipare alla realizzazione di nuovi processi di Supply Chain

• Sviluppo di attività strategiche nell’ambito della programmazione

Job Position Requirements

Education: University master degree - Ingegneria Gestionale

Professional background

Esperienza pregressa di 4/5 anni programmazione (meglio se in contesti metalmeccanici, automotive, oleodinamici)

Hard skills

Essential:

• Laureato in Ingegneria Gestionale

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (min.B2)

• Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel)

• Abilità a lavorare in team e buone capacità relazionali

Considered as a plus:

• SAP ERP (moduli WM, MM, PP)

• Power BI
