British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a E-commerce Intern in Rome.

This role is part of South Eastern Europe Digital Team based in Rome and is a great opportunity to learn and get fully involved in a multi-cultural, open environment. As an E-commerce Intern you will be part of the South Eastern Europe Area E-commerce team supporting in multiple activities. Strategic topics as well as operational tasks right from the beginning and be part of a dynamic team contributing to the business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Support the management of the ecommerce in Italy to increase e commerce sales  Work closely with the agency to improve the business behavior, page in terms of number of click, improve the customer experience.  In terms of content, adapt the global one to the local. Working with BAT Platforms for Heated Products (HP) /Vapour/Modern Oral  Analyse the stock of the product – supervise the analysis  Promotion Management

What are we looking for?

Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular of Excel & PowerPoint and Basic knowledge of Magento 2 and Shopify  Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian  Current enrolment/degree in Marketing, Digital, Business Management or other related fields of study  Strong analytical skills and strong team player attitude with positive and constructive attitude Previous working experience – especially in a Digital Fast environment is considered a plus
