Specialist Gare e Contratti

Per ampliamento del team Tender&Contracting di Roma, siamo alla ricerca di un candidato con un'esperienza di circa 2 anni nel ruolo, che abbia entusiasmo e voglia di imparare e crescere professionalmente.
Il candidato, dopo un periodo di affiancamento, dovrà essere in grado di occuparsi autonomamente delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione del processo di qualificazione agli Albi Fornitori, produzione di tutta la relativa documentazione, aggiornamento dei report riepilogativi;
  • Analisi delle gare pubblicate e scrematura sulla base dei criteri di interesse;
  • Analisi della documentazione di Gara (bando, disciplinari, capitolati speciali);
  • Predisposizione e presentazione della documentazione amministrativa richiesta per la partecipazione alle Gare;
  • Gestione dei Portali e delle attività accessorie alle Gare (ANAC, MePA, Portali Fornitori, polizze fidejussorie, ecc);
  • Gestione e corretta l'archiviazione di tutta la documentazione di gara;
  • Gestione della reportistica riepilogativa delle procedure per cui si è presentata offerta;
  • Gestione delle attività di post aggiudicazione di Gara;
  • Redazione e revisione di contratti/accordi quadro/partnership con clienti e fornitori e relativa reportistica.
Il candidato ideale deve essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
  • Conoscenza della normativa relativa ai contratti pubblici, al GDPR ed alla Privacy;
  • Esperienza in contesti strutturati di circa 2 anni;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Preferibilmente Laurea in materie giuridico-economiche.

  • Ottimo standing aziendale;
  • Autonomia nel portare a termine le attività;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team;
  • Precisione, attenzione e orientamento al raggiungimento del risultato;
  • Ottime capacità di pianificazione e di gestione delle urgenze;
  • Gestione dello stress e capacità di lavorare sotto scadenze multiple;
  • Proattività e problem solving.
