Job Summary
As part ofour Information Security Development team , the candidate will be placed within the Information Technology Services structure, will report to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and will be responsible for planning, executing and improving security measures with special regards to Information Security culture and awareness , in order to protect the organization's assets and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Deloitte's and Clients' information.
Key accountabilities
For a full coverage of your role, you should be especially able to:
Collaborate in the definition and implementation of training & awareness plans to measurably improve security culture across the Firm Supervise and coordinate the operation of assigned security services Collaborate with internal structures during recurring activities; work closely with colleagues internal and external to the security team, finding effective ways of helping staff with their security challenges, and embedding positive security behaviours in their work build and maintain good links with corporate communication colleagues to ensure security messages are delivered as appropriate develop the existing Security Champions network into an effective group who help constructively challenge and support the central security team’s work; sharing problems, discussing solutions, and helping to deliver effective security outcomes in their local areas support as SME the development and maintenance of security policies and associated guidance support the appropriate communication to stakeholders, and seek their input on future needs Use available data sources to identify potential gaps in content, or areas of misunderstanding, and lead on working to address these. Propose, plan, and oversee actions for prevention or mitigation of non-compliances and vulnerabilities Collect, analyze, and present agreed indicators for monitoring security risks (KRIs), performance and quality (KPIs) of security processes#WinningRequirements
Knowledge of industry best practices (ISO2700x, ITIL) Excellent communication skills, including communication tuning based on the intended stakeholder Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English Strong collaboration across teams, functions, and organisations Ability to build excellent relationships, credibility and influence easily with people at different levels, working to persuade them of the need to work with security in-mind High school diploma or higher Analytical, problem solving and team working skills Accuracy and organizational skills complete the profile. Excellent interpersonal skills and proactivity cannot be lacking.#MakeanImpactThatMatters
