Sub Regional Lead, Work Dynamics
Corporate Accounts – Piotello, Italy
We are seeking a highly accomplished and motivated individual to join our team as a Sub Regional Lead based at our client site in Piotello, Italy. As the Sub Regional Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing total facilities management services across multiple geographies within the region, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for the sub-region in alignment with the client's business objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the sub-region. Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts. Manage and monitor the delivery of total facilities management services across multiple geographies within the sub-region. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and industry best practices. Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements and technology adoption. Foster a culture of innovation and service excellence within the team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client site. Understand client requirements, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions. Conduct regular meetings with the client to review performance, address issues, and gather feedback. Act as the main point of contact for escalations and issue resolution. Lead, coach, and develop a team of facility management professionals. Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skillset of the team. Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the sub-region. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures. Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective resource allocation and pricing strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence. Proactively seek feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing total facilities management services in multiple geographies, ideally within a corporate real estate or facilities management environment. Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Demonstrated experience in managing profit and loss (P&L) and driving business growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in Italian and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
