Staff Service srl - società interna incaricata di ricerca e selezione per Gruppo Cremonini è alla ricerca di un Construction Engineer per Chef Express.

Chef Express è uno dei principali operatori italiani nei contesti di viaggio, con più di 200 punti vendita tra stazioni ferroviarie, aeroporti e aree di servizio autostradali. Unisce in un unico spazio commerciale diverse offerte di ristorazione al fine di soddisfare tutte le esigenze di consumo dei nostri clienti.

La risorsa si occuperà di presidiare le attività di progettazione e realizzazione dei punti vendita, coordinando le risorse interne ed esterne e garantendo il corretto svolgimento del processo di creazione e rinnovamento del layout dei punti vendita.

Principali attività:

  • Effettuare le analisi di fattibilità tecnica in merito alla realizzazione/rinnovamento di un punto vendita
  • Elaborare la documentazione tecnica da inserire nel book di progetto in risposta al bando di gara in coordinamento con la Funzione Business Development
  • Supportare la progettazione e realizzazione dei layout dei punti vendita in risposta a bandi di gara e/o trattative private, applicando le indicazioni fornite in termini di estetica/necessità operative
  • Gestire le attività relative alla progettazione definiva ed esecutiva in coordinamento con l’ufficio Internal Architect e studi esterni
  • Valutare e definire azioni correttive da intraprendere al fine di gestire eventuali rischi e criticità durante il processo di progettazione e realizzazione del punto vendita
  • Pianificare ed effettuare i sopralluoghi per la verifica della corretta esecuzione delle attività
  • Gestire le attività e le procedure relative a contratti di appalto (es.: gare, contrattualistica, ecc.)
  • Pianificare SAL periodici e momenti di confronto con il team di lavoro al fine di condividere aggiornamenti sullo stato di avanzamento del progetto di costruzione, predisponendo la relativa documentazione
  • Agire tempestivamente in caso di insorgenza di criticità, anche coinvolgendo l’Head of Technical Department ed eventuali fornitori
  • Gestire le attività di collaudo dei nuovi punti vendita, al fine di verificare il rispetto degli standard

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Edile/Civile o in Architettura
  • Esperienza pregressa di 2 – 3 anni nella gestione di commesse e di cantiere
  • Elevata propensione al problem solving
  • Flessibilità e dinamismo
  • Ottime doti organizzative e di pianificazione
  • Spiccate capacità comunicative e di negoziazione

Tipologia di contratto: contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Turismo 14 Mensilità.
