What you will be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive Satispay's growth, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Your mission: 

  • Partnering with hiring managers. Advise and deliver talent to support the growth of Satispay in collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Developing talent sourcing strategies. Create and execute talent sourcing strategies for international candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, direct outreach, and alternative search techniques.

  • Engaging prospective candidates. Initiate discussions with potential candidates, communicate the value proposition of Satispay, and manage the talent funnel through calibration and assessment.

  • Building talent pipelines: Establish and nurture talent pipelines to meet hiring needs, collaborating with the Talent Team and hiring managers.

  • Reporting and performance analysis. Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.

  • Supporting employer branding. Assist in employer branding activities to enhance Satispay's reputation and attract top talent.

Your ideal profile: 

  • Talent acquisition mastery. You bring proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, including searching and acquiring talents with a track record of high volumes of hiring.

  • Fast-growing environment experience. You have about 2+ years of experience in fast-growing environments, ideally with previous experience in scaling companies.

  • Sourcing strategy development expertise. You have experience working with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches with full autonomy.

  • Language fluency and communication skills. You are fluent in both Italian and English (with fluency in French considered a strong plus) and an excellent communicator and relationship builder, capable of engaging with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Organizational skills and adaptability. You are highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a quick learner, adaptable to new challenges and environments.

  • Proactive and creative thinking. You are a proactive thinker with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions: results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges in a fast-paced international environment.
