What you will be doing
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive Satispay's growth, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Your mission:
Partnering with hiring managers. Advise and deliver talent to support the growth of Satispay in collaboration with hiring managers.
Developing talent sourcing strategies. Create and execute talent sourcing strategies for international candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, direct outreach, and alternative search techniques.
Engaging prospective candidates. Initiate discussions with potential candidates, communicate the value proposition of Satispay, and manage the talent funnel through calibration and assessment.
Building talent pipelines: Establish and nurture talent pipelines to meet hiring needs, collaborating with the Talent Team and hiring managers.
Reporting and performance analysis. Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
Supporting employer branding. Assist in employer branding activities to enhance Satispay's reputation and attract top talent.
Your ideal profile:
Talent acquisition mastery. You bring proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, including searching and acquiring talents with a track record of high volumes of hiring.
Fast-growing environment experience. You have about 2+ years of experience in fast-growing environments, ideally with previous experience in scaling companies.
Sourcing strategy development expertise. You have experience working with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches with full autonomy.
Language fluency and communication skills. You are fluent in both Italian and English (with fluency in French considered a strong plus) and an excellent communicator and relationship builder, capable of engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
Organizational skills and adaptability. You are highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a quick learner, adaptable to new challenges and environments.
Proactive and creative thinking. You are a proactive thinker with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions: results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges in a fast-paced international environment.
