PRODUCT MANAGER ENERGY & TELCO - Business
La funzione Marketing è al centro dell’organizzazione di Optima ed è responsabile di tutto il portafoglio prodotti dell’azienda.
Il/La Product Manager sarà responsabile di tutti i prodotti Energy & Telco di Optima destinati al segmento Business, curandone tutte le fasi del ciclo vita: ideazione, requisitazione, go-to-market, manutenzione e aggiornamento.
Il/La Product Manager lavorerà a stretto contatto con le principali funzioni aziendali (Finance, Vendite, IT, Provisioning, Legal, Customer Care, ecc.) per garantire il corretto funzionamento end-to-end dei prodotti di propria responsabilità.
Al/Alla Product Manager verrà affidata la gestione di 3 risorse che dovrà opportunamente coordinare per garantire la corretta manutenzione e il costante aggiornamento dei prodotti esistenti ma anche l’implementazione e al coordinamento dello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti rispondenti alle esigenze del mercato e alle nuove opportunità di business.
La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Definizione della strategia e del posizionamento dei prodotti Optima dedicati al segmento Business per il loro intero life-cycle: dalla competitività in vendita al corretto provisioning fino alla sostenibilità di lungo periodo Costante analisi dei principali KPI dei prodotti (marginalità, vendite, churn, drop, ecc.) per definire eventuali azioni correttive Manutenzione ed evoluzione del portafoglio prodotti (registro offerte, documentazione contrattuale, comunicazione, materiali di formazione, ecc.) Guidare team di progetto funzionali ed interfunzionali per lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti Definire Business Needs e formalizzarli attraverso la scrittura di requisiti Definizione, in collaborazione con la funzione pricing, dei prezzi dei listini di vendita in linea con gli obiettivi di fatturato e margine Coordinamento e supervisione, in collaborazione con la funzione di comunicazione, della comunicazione dei prodotti Supporto alla Rete Vendita nella fase di go-to-market (formazione, meeting con Area Manager, ecc.) Benchmarking e monitoraggio del mercato e della concorrenza
Requisiti
Il/La candidato/a ideale è laureato in Economia o in Ingegneria Gestionale.
Sono richieste precedenti esperienze nel Product Management inerenti alla gestione e allo sviluppo di prodotti/servizi preferibilmente nel mercato energy/telco. Inoltre capacità analitiche, skill di presentazione, spirito di collaborazione e capacità di negoziazione con tutte le funzioni aziendali.
