Role Description

As an Italian Speaking Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our clients' online platforms. Your daily duties will include:

  • Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Providing constructive feedback to users to promote a positive online experience.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement content moderation strategies.

Requirements
  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • No previous experience needed – fully paid training provided
