About your new job

You will support the HSE Manager and the logistics team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met and to manage in a proactive approach, the risk assesstment and management supporting the 3PL in a very complex environment with a 300 FTE operating in logistics and a throughput equal to 350 truck/day.

Participate all the HSE activities including 3PL, processes, communications and team in line with the company’s HSE policies and procedures to ensure the desired level of safety, health and environment standards in the respective location; area, plant operations or projects.

To support the successfully achievement and maintaining the ISO 14001 & OHSAS 45001 certifications and CCHBCI requirement. To support the continuous improvement and delivering of the HS&E performances & culture.

Your new key responsibilities:

Provide support to the dept on the implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications and CCHBCI requirement. To be the SPOC and reference for the logistics team to collect evidences, provide solutions and to support project / change management implementation in according with the 3PL counter part (HSE Manager) To support the continuous improvement of S&E culture To review and evaluate in a proactive approach to internal and external flows and consequent interactions To supervise logistics operations both in plant and in the subleased warehouse and external area evaluating risks and provide “safe” solution in line with the business need Working with logistics team, 3PL, operating staff at Country and Corporate level to establish/update procedures, standards and systems and supplying the proper feedback. Support the HSE Manager and the logistics team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. Ensure training, meetings are implemented as part of the company’s HSE training program. Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Invstigation Reports Manage Safety Statistic reporting. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting. Assist the development of project specific HSE procedures Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees. Contractors management – verifying H&S documentations, writing DUVRI and H&S coordination minute Supervision and coordination of HSE activities and operation, defining operative instructions

MasterDegree in Engineering, with specialization in QHSE ore related discipline At least Mod.A-B RSPP (MOD.C is a plus) Minimum2 years of HS&E experience Knowledgeable ISO 14001and ISO 45001,HSE management systems and experience in logistic are highlypreferred Problemsolving skills Experience with contractors management Fluent English knowledge
