- Organizzerai la tua giornata pianificando gli incontri con i clienti
- Offrirai consulenza ai clienti, diventando il loro punto di riferimento
- Identificherai e proporrai i prodotti e servizi che soddisfano le loro esigenze costruendo una relazione consulenziale di valore
Durante i 6 mesi di stage Intesa Sanpaolo ti garantirà un percorso formativo mirato per accompagnarti nella preparazione all’esame di abilitazione alla professione di consulente finanziario. Una volta superato l’esame avrai la possibilità di essere assunto attraverso una modalità contrattuale dedicata che ti darà modo di sperimentare la libera professione unita alla sicurezza di un grande Gruppo.
Contratto e Logiche di Remunerazione
- Due giorni alla settimana: lavoratore dipendente con contratto a tempo indeterminato (part time verticale e stipendio regolato dal CCNL Credito), con il ruolo di gestore nelle nostre filali sul territorio nazionale
- Tre giorni alla settimana: lavoratore autonomo con ruolo di consulente finanziario monomandatario, con remunerazione collegata alla redditività del portafoglio gestito (partita IVA)
- Pieno accesso ai benefit del Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo (Fondo Pensione, Assistenza Sanitaria, Condizioni Agevolate, ecc.)

Requisiti necessari per candidarsi al percorso di Selezione
laurea triennale/magistrale in ambito economico/finanziario e politico/giuridico
oppure diploma quinquennale liceo (classico, scientifico, linguistico, socio/economico) o diploma tecnico-commerciale.
età compresa tra i 19 e i 32 anni
Il percorso di selezione si compone di più fasi: una videointervista digitale asincrona – che puoi registrare quando e dove vuoi su qualsiasi device – e un colloquio individuale. Riceverai un feedback a ogni step del processo: in questo modo potrai monitorare in tempo reale il tracking della tua candidatura.
