Your role:
You support internal and externalcustomers remotely and provide excellent support service for our Core LabSolutions Product Portfolio (Diagnostics Systems for Laboratory Analysis) You contribute to service incidents managementvia our Siemens incident management process You interact with our customers andother internal Support Teams ensuring “Best-in-Class” reactive, proactive, andinteractive Support You troubleshoot a variety of applicationissues You provide technical on-site support ata national level with a potential development to international level, in closeliaison with Customer Service management. This may require you to travel to acustomer siteYour expertise:
You are under 29 years old You have a University degree orequivalent You have strong communication skills inItalian, and you have good English skills You are availability to travel mayoccasionally be expected You have good interpersonal andcommunication skills; you are able to deal with colleagues and customers at all levels, you are able todevelop positive customer relationships and you are used to work in a team You are preferably based in Milan andsurroundings Who we are:
