En tant que responsable de la chaîne d'approvisionnement en télécommunications, vous ferez partie de la business unit télécommunications, avec une forte intégration au sein du périmètre européen.

A ce titre, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de l'usine, de la planification de l'approvisionnement en matières premières à la production et à l'expédition au client final.

Le rôle principal est de planifier et de diriger les opérations et la distribution de manière efficace et dans un état d'esprit " centré sur le client ".

L'objectif final est d'aider la chaîne d'approvisionnement à fonctionner de la manière la plus fluide et la plus rentable possible.

Le responsable de la chaîne d'approvisionnement Telecom devra gérer une équipe directe de trois personnes et interagir directement avec les services d'approvisionnement, de production, de commerce et le directeur de l'usine.

Assurer un niveau de stock RM adéquat et maîtriser la planification des matières premières afin d'assurer un approvisionnement continu et stable en matières premières pour la production.

Assurer un niveau de stock FG adéquat afin de pouvoir fournir des produits finis aux clients dans les délais impartis.

Planifier la production en vue de répondre à la demande du client de la manière la plus efficace possible en termes d'ordonnancement de la production et de distribution des transports.

Gérer l'entrepôt et l'activité de découpe de manière efficace en fonction de la demande du client.

Gérer l'activité logistique et la préparation des marchandises

Gérer la planification du transport en respectant les dates des clients et en optimisant le chargement des camions.

Contribuer à l'établissement de relations de confiance avec les partenaires commerciaux

5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans la planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sont préférables

Forte expertise en matière d'exploration de données, d'analyse et de reporting

Expérience des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (planification des stocks, gestion des entrepôts, planification de la production, S&OP, performances de livraison, distribution, principaux indicateurs clés de performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement).

Esprit analytique et sens des affaires

Attitude de résolution des problèmes et proactivité dans la recherche de solutions à des problèmes inattendus

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication pour établir des contacts efficaces, gagner en crédibilité et comprendre les exigences des différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.

Excellente capacité d'organisation et de réactivité pour faire face aux événements imprévus

Forte capacité d'adaptation afin de collaborer avec tous les départements de l'entreprise.

Français et anglais courants obligatoires

Pack MS Office, principalement axé sur Excel

SAP de préférence

Connaissance des outils de veille stratégique

Qlikview - de préférence
