La risorsa si occuperà di individuare e implementare metodologie e strumenti per veicolare i valori e l'offerta del Gruppo, estendere il network di contatti e migliorare l'engagement con i clienti live:

  • Implementazione di un piano di marketing strategico (orientato a una più chiara comprensione dei bisogni e dei comportamenti dei target dell'azienda, compresa la creazione di customer personas) e collaborazione al processo di segmentazione e profilazione del portafoglio clienti dell'azienda, con l'obiettivo di sviluppare azioni e attività sempre più mirate per questi ultimi
  • Progettazione e implementazione, con la supervisione del Marketing & Communication Manager, di strumenti e attività volti al costante miglioramento della customer journey e della customer experience dei clienti del Gruppo
  • Supporto nella definizione del piano d'azione annuale funzionale al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del Gruppo, con un approccio omnichannel, e nello sviluppo di contenuti business (materiali aziendali, presentazioni, articoli e altri formati)
  • Progettazione, implementazione e monitoraggio del funnel di acquisizione delle lead per la business unit italiana, individuando canali, strumenti e attività volte alla sua esecuzione
  • Progettazione e gestione di campagne di digital advertising da veicolare tramite i differenti canali di comunicazione del Gruppo
  • Progettazione e gestione operativa di campagne di email marketing (newsletter, DEM)
  • Supporto al Communication Specialist nella gestione del sito web (sviluppo di landing page dedicate, aggiornamento area news e blog aziendale)



Il/La candidato/a ideale ha:

  • Laurea specialistica e/o Master in Economia e Marketing, Digital Marketing o equivalenti
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di Marketing e Digital Marketing specialist all'interno del settore sanitario
  • Ottima conoscenza delle principali strategie di Marketing, con un focus sul settore B2B
  • Ottima conoscenza del funzionamento delle principali piattaforme CRM, di invio newsletter e della suite di applicazioni Microsoft
  • Ottima conoscenza delle principali piattaforme di Social Advertising (Linkedin ADS, META, etc.) e dei principali CSM (Wordpress Joomla, etc.)
  • Conoscenza lingua inglese e/o francese a livello fluente
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di Marketing e Digital Marketing specialist all'interno del settore sanitario
