LEGAL RISK & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT

La persona scelta collaborerà con il Risk & Compliance Manager, supportandolo nelle attività in ambito Risk and Compliance Mananagement. Nello specifico si occuperà di

Supportare gli enti aziendali per capitolati, offerte, contratti, accordi con partners commerciali, quali ad es. cooperation agreements, M.O.U., licence agreement, confidentiality agreements, consorzi, litigations con clienti o partners commerciali, e in particolar modo la Direzione Acquisti per la gestione dei fornitori e dei relativi claims; Verificare l’implementazione e uso/compliance delle Direttive e Linee Guida di Gruppo relativamente alle attività interne aziendali; Supportare l’analisi degli aspetti normativi applicabili ai contratti di acquisto e vendita.

Requisiti:

Laurea in Giurisprudenza; 3 – 5 anni di esperienza nel medesimo ruolo. Saranno anche valutate candidature di persone con esperienza di consulenza legale presso società di tipo industriale; Ottime capacità di lavoro in gruppo e di negoziazione; Autonomia, integrità, capacità analitica e di problem solving sono indispensabili per ricoprire il ruolo. Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese. La conoscenza della lingua francese costituirà un plus.
