What you need to know about this position:

Support on people staffing activities/HR operation related queries and tasks

Delivery of continuous improvement projects related to the Workday & Digitalization roadmap

Local execution of Global Program (Training Events, Performance Management processes, Engagement Survey activation) and help in promoting and embedding plans supporting the local Well Being, Diversity & Inclusion, IL6S agenda

Design and coordinate local initiatives for the newcomers and core teams

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Ability in HR databases / computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good planning and organization skills

Strong communication skills, being seen as approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization

Proactive and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Previous work experience in multinational company in HR function as preferred

Fluent in Italian and English

Duration : 6 months

Compensation : 1200€ gross/month
