Studio Production Coordinator (f/m/d)

To support our Styling team we are searching for a Studio Production Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the Head of Studio WW (H.S.) in the day to day running of the Photo Studio Manage all freelancer bookings (models, stylists, assistants,) as well as all invoices Be the 1st point of contact regarding the bookings mentioned on the point prior + any studio occurrence related with the WW production work flow Manage model castings to ensure model availability at all times Manage freelancer recruiting for all areas of the photo studio to ensure freelancer availability at all times Support the H.S. with the coordination of the logistics team and the logistic team in any task needed Proactively think of ways to improve efficiency and support implementation Be a source of knowledge who is able to represent the Studio in both inter departmental and external meetings

WHO YOU ARE

3 years experience working in a photo studio 3 years experience booking models and freelancers in general Technical Photography knowledge is an advantage Logistic knowledge is an advantage Extremely organized and reliable Resilient, with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral and written English knowledge
