La risorsa, coordinata della direzione Game Services, avrà il compito di coordinare la gestione dei diversi villaggi in capo ad enti diversi e dovrà garantire accoglienza e qualità dei servizi per tutte le delegazioni e altri client group, gestendo le relazioni con i rispettivi Village Manager e facendo da collettore tra i villaggi ed il Comitato.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Supervisione dell'organizzazione dei villaggi
- Coordinamento e formazione dei village manager
- Controllo e monitoraggio degli allestimenti
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con tutte le funzioni coinvolte (Trasporti, Accommodation, Accreditation, Delegation Service, Logistica, Security)
- Partecipazione a riunioni operative, trasferte in venue, riunioni di coordinamento
Requisiti minimi richiesti:
- Diploma/laurea;
- Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo o in ruoli similari
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
Completano il profilo:
- Buone doti comunicative e relazionali;
- Capacità di event operations con particolare focus su settore accommodation;
- Eccellenti capacità di problem solving e di analisi;
- Capacità di gestire progetti complessi
Si offre:
- Contratto di collaborazione coordinata e continuativa per la durata dell'evento (indicativamente fino Marzo/Aprile 2025) . Il compenso sarà commisurato in base all'esperienza.
