THE ROLE

New guards Group is currently seeking a Sales Account, Eyewear who will report to the Head of Sales, Eyewear as part of the growth plan of our Eyewear Business Unit, that provides eyewear collections for most of our Brands.

The main mission of this role is to plan, implement and deliver the wholesale strategy and business growth for the eyewear category.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Achieve individual objectives per brand, contributing to the worldwide goals, maximizing the sales opportunity of all brands.

Support in building the best door distribution for each brand, following the qualitative guidelines set by the company.

Strive to always increase brand and product awareness, introducing them to current and new partners.

Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with customers, maximizing the sell-in and sell-through sales.

Support customer needs in a professional and positive way.

Contribute to plan and organize periodic sales meetings.

Be the link between all NGG functions to effectively and proactively both solve clients’ requests and needs and implement special dedicated projects.

Provide periodical and accurate reporting.

Coordinate activities with main department (sales; marketing; visual merchandising; etc.) to implement the best seasonal product presentation in the market with the proper combination of marketing tools.

WHO YOU ARE 2+ years of experience in the eyewear industry in commercial roles. Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus. Strong analytical skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast paced ever changing environment Positive attitude, pro-active approach.
