Residence Advisor (Summer) Rome We are looking for responsible and energetic Residence Advisors to support our Residence Team this summer. Learn more about careers at EF Your Role: Your mission: ensure international students have a memorable and safe living environment throughout the summer. This role is a 4-12 week position running throughout June, July and August, on a fixed term contract and with permanent opportunities available afterwards. Responsibilities: Assist with check-in, take students to rooms, and maintain a safe environment Provide basic first aid, contact medical services if necessary Conduct weekly checks on room standards Help students with departure Share the emergency phone duties on rota Requirements

Proficient in English, Italian is great to have 

Highly motivated, positive, and energetic 

Friendly, and approachable 

Calm under pressure

Sensitive to the needs of international students 

Excellent communicator

Detail-oriented, organised, and thorough 

Right to work in Italy 

Flexibility with working hours may be required 

Experience working with kids and teens (preferred)
