MTA S.p.A è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Customer Quality Engineer all'interno dell' Electronic Businees Unit.

Questa funzione ricopre un ruolo primario nell’ambito dello sviluppo Prodotto/Processo che, attraverso la partecipazione al team di progetto, acquisisce le esigenze qualitative del cliente e ne assicura l’implementazione sul prodotto, mediante l’applicazione delle linee guida dell’APQP.
Si occupa inoltre di assicurare il mantenimento del livello qualitativo sul prodotto in serie, coordinando internamente le attività di analisi dei reclami, riportando al cliente le attività di “Problem Solving” e promuovendo il continuous improvement di Prodotto/Processo.

Collaborerai internamente con l’R&D, la Produzione, i Fornitori, per assicurare il miglior risultato di squadra.

Nello specifico, il Customer Quality Engineer si occupa delle seguenti attività:
 • Conoscere il sistema di sviluppo APQP del cliente e partecipare allo sviluppo del progetto assieme al team (Project Leader, Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, ...) assicurandosi di applicare le procedure specifiche richieste dal cliente e garantendo la redazione della documentazione prevista.
• Contribuire alla definizione e sviluppo delle Caratteristiche di Prodotto in ottica Cliente, attraverso la partecipazione alla DFMEA/PFMEA e successivamente, garantendone nel prodotto finito, la conformità nei limiti richiesti con la definizione dei piani di controllo.
• Garantire l’adeguata presentazione al Cliente della documentazione APQP di Progetto nelle diverse fasi previste, sino al completamento del PPAP e ottenimento del benestare cliente
• Preparare e condurre gli audit dei Clienti.
• Seguire i reclami del Cliente per problemi di qualità ed affidabilità, coordinando internamente tutte le attività di analisi e Problem Solving necessarie per l’eliminazione delle cause di non conformità; monitorare e discutere col cliente degli indici di qualità.

Requisiti richiesti per la posizione:
 • Preferibile laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica o cultura equivalente
• Esperienza nel settore automotive, nell’ambito della Qualità
• Buona competenza nel processo di APQP, PPAP, problem solving e nell’utilizzo degli strumenti di qualità
• Conoscenza dei sistemi di Qualità IATF 16949 e / o VDA 6.3
• Buona attitudine al lavoro in team e team-management
• Capacità di assumersi la responsabilità delle proprie mansioni riconoscendone l'importanza strategica
• Buona conoscenza e pratica dell'inglese scritto e parlato
• Utilizzo abituale dei tools di Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point,…)
• Disponibilità per brevi trasferte di lavoro (Italia / Estero)
