Automotive Certification Assistant

RINA is currently recruiting for a Automotive Certification Assistant  to join its office in Turin or Milan, Italywithin the Industrial Assets and Personnel Product Management Division.

Mission

The role focuses on reviewing various documents and contributing to the certification process related to the different certification schemes. #LI-MB4

Main Tasks

• Support inspection planning based on the assigned audit programs
• Support external inspectors in managing certification practices remotely
• Support the OU manager in managing relationships with customers and organizations
• Support the OU manager in the development of new projects
• Support the OU manager in finding new customers based on their knowledge in the sector
• Draw up presentations and statistical analyzes of the data relating to the certifications carried out by the OU

Training and Qualifications
• Technical-scientific or technical-administrative diploma and/or degree
• Knowledge of the English language at B1 level
• Excellent knowledge of the main Microsoft applications (especially Excel)
• Type B driving license

Education

High School Diploma/GED in Economics

Requirements

Fluent in Italian Good Excel knowledge Good english knowledge Any previous experience in similar role will be appreciated but not required

Other requirements

• Good organizational skills
• Availability to travel within the national territory
• Orientation towards customer satisfaction
• Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools and the web context
