The HR BP actively contributes to reaching the Group's ambition, leveraging our corporate culture in a moving environment for their field of responsibility and is responsible for providing operational HR support to the responsible business leaders in their fields of responsibilities to facilitate the achievement of business goals (be the contact for HR Director and business leaders).

The main focus will be on Sales & Marketing for the Market Area Italy. After the induction period, the scope of responsibilities will be extended to include Logistics, Engineering, Industrialisation, Quality, HR, and Support Functions, with the main focus always being on Sales & Marketing.

 

Your Missions

  • Act in line with the global and/or country business strategy in coordination with the HR Director. In this role, he/she helps ensure the operational implementation of the Hager People Management way on a yearly basis.
  • Offer operational HR support to the local teams he/she is in charge of, in cooperation with the HR Services & Solutions and the Talent Management departments.
  • Support managers to assess organization effectiveness by identifying and evaluating capabilities, behaviors, and structures of the Company and employees.
  • Support and influence the design of the appropriate organizational structure responding to business strategy in line with Group organization principles.
  • Guarantee the right people are in the right positions either through internal development and/or external staffing for present and future.
  • Identify effectiveness requirements (key positions, strategic competencies, mindsets...)
  • Support and contribute to all operational aspects of HR departments in terms of administration, recruiting, HR management, unions, etc.
  • Understand business trends and contribute to building business strategy through the creation of talent/people and culture set of initiatives.
  • Promote improvement processes and support actions to strengthen people engagement.
  • Be a coach on HR-related topics to spread the Company culture. Inspire and engage managers and employees at all levels, to facilitate mindset and behavior evolutions.
  • Support and contribute to talent and performance management in close collaboration with Talent Management organization in Italy.

 

 


Your Profile

  • Business school/university degree (Humanistic and/or Economical)
  • About  5-10 years proven experience as HRBP or HR Manager, knowledge of HRM process and employment law
  • Autonomy and initiative to move things forward
  • Capacity to manage and build or co-build national and international projects, ability to work in a structured, multi-national company
  • Strategical & analytical thinking
  • Leadership and good interpersonal skills, ability to engage teams
  • Proven experience in org design
  • Good negotiation skills and results-driven mentality
