Our Milan Monks are looking for a Junior Account Executive for a 6-month internship opportunity to contribute to an amazing team of Client Direction Monks working for the best-in-class clients out there. If you’re keen to work as part of a global team of Monks to produce integrated creative work for world-class brands, this job represents the sweet spot. 

Let us give you an idea of your responsibilities 

Run several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social and digital. Support the Client Direction team in steering teams and projects with great care, organisation, and confidence. Support the Client Direction team in liaising with media agencies and external partners, aligning across all agencies to create fully integrated \campaigns across all touchpoints.  Help to coordinate the full day-to-day: brief creative, legal, production and language & culture teams. Ensuring the team is clear on specs, deadlines, scope, and any local client or market requirements.  Source assets from the client’s DAM, log usage rights, and organise project files and documentation for creative and production teams.  Build close-knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally.

The talent we want to discover 

Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Marketing/Communication Proficient in English and Italian. Proactive, genuine, and direct way of communicating across cross-cultural teams. A strong sense of urgency, you never leave problems unaddressed. Team player and self-starter with an unbreakable positive mindset. Critical and never afraid to ask the right questions. Humble and open to feedback and proactive in seeking ways to develop when time allows. Ambitious, gritty, and resilient. Happy to hustle and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
