B2B Servicing - Travel Agent Back Department: Sales
Location: Verona Villafranca
Contract: fixed-term
We are looking for an English speaking Travel Agent Operator to be based in Verona Villafranca.
Main Functions: Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients Assist customers effectively by solving customer disputes Provide customer additional information or explains services Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions with the public Complete data entry as required Accurately capture customer information. Requirements: Experience in sales and handling of air ticketing for individual reservations, group reservations and special services An extensive knowledge of air fares Good knowledge of Amadeus or any other CRS An aptitude for services including providing information, assistance and various kinds of consultation Fluency in English (written and spoken).
