YOUR ROLE 

We are looking for a Retail Optical Internal Communication Intern 

 

The candidate will support the Manager in aligning various EMEA countries deliverables (e.g. multiple versions in all the EMEA languages of the same video/article) in strengthening the network all over EMEA and in identifying new ways to communicate effectively to our targets.

Expected results are a more effective management of multi-country projects, a direct management of publication tools and software, including AI tools, and improvement in day-to-day touchbase with different country points of contact.

Main challenges are working around IT difference of systems which causes lot of additional efforts when it comes to internal comms and to overcome cultural gap between former GrandVision and EssilorLuxottica Group.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage multi-language version of the same deliverables
  • Handle publication on internal touchpoints
  • Prepare materials in support of projects / events

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS: 

 

  • Educational Background in MKTG and Comms
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Solid experience with MS Office software package
  • Open mindedness needed to put together many different cultures, languages and backgrounds
  • International background, education or professional experiences abroad
