Main activities
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications, ensuring effective institutional communication; Manage appointments, reservations, trips, transport, overnight stays, ensure logistical support for management staff; Cultivate solid and productive relationships with the Bodies of the Fund, as well as with suppliers, consultants, external bodies and institutions to ensure effective and advantageous collaborations; Carefully prepare and manage the conference rooms for the periodic meetings held by the Statutory Bodies, ensuring that they are set up in a professional and welcoming manner; Conduct in-depth research and analyze data precisely in order to draft documents, prepare presentations, generate reports based on clear directives from the Management; Draw up meeting minutes, noting the decisions made during institutional meetings; Carefully maintain company registers and carefully manage the archiving of both physical and digital documents, ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating the availability of information; Offer complete administrative and organizational support to ensure the correct functioning of the daily activities of the Fund; Actively participate in information events as a representative of the Fund, thus contributing to the promotion and visibility of the institution in public and professional contexts.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
Previous experience in similar roles; University degree, preferably in humanities/law/economics; Excellent work management skills both independently and in a team; Good knowledge of the English language; Excellent knowledge of the main Office Automation applications.
