Fives ITAS sta attivamente ricercando un/una PROJECT ENGINEER per entrare a far parte del suo team a Monza (MB), Italia.

Stiamo attualmente cercando un/una PROJECT ENGINEER che si occuperà di:
Partecipazione ai KOM interni di inizio progetto allo scopo di acquisire le informazioni tecniche contrattuali per lo sviluppo della commessa; Review e applicazione delle specifiche di progetto tecniche lato Cliente e standard interni applicabili; Coordinamento della progettazione meccanica degli impianti relativi alle applicazioni O&G and Ecology interfacciandosi con gli specialisti interni (tecnici elettro-strumentali) e fornitori esterni (strutturisti, piping specialists and disegnatori meccanici); Coordinamento ed interfaccia principale dell’ingegneria di progetto con tutte le funzioni aziendali interne fornendo una guida tecnica nell’interpretazione dei requisiti tecnici del progetto; Esecuzione dell’ingegneria di dettaglio in accordo alla programmazione e alle “milestone” di progetto, inclusiva di: Creazione e meccanicazzazione dei Piping & Instrumenti Diagram (P&ID) di progetto; Coordinamento e preparazione dei documenti principali di progetto tra cui i disegni di layout di impianto, disegni strutture metalliche, supporti di piping, isometrici e altre tavole costruttive dalla prima emissione all’approvazione finale da parte del Cliente; Review dello stato di avanzamento di progetto verificando e monitorando il 3D dell’impianto e dei suoi componenti/package principali; Preparazione delle Material Requistions; Review dei disegni costruttivi per fabbricazione in officina interna e/o presso fornitori esterni (ISOS, disegni costruttivi di carpenteria); Definizione della Bill Of Material (BOM) dell’impianto con relativa codifica e inserimento nel sistema gestionale aziendale. Gestione e controllo della qualità dell’attività di ingegneria di commessa tramite applicazione delle check list e review interni delle attività eseguite; Partecipazione a briefing interni relativi ai progetti assegnati, interfacciandosi con i diversi dipartimenti coinvolti: team elettro-strumentale, Project manager, ufficio acquisti e officina; Partecipazioni alle riunioni di allineamento tecnico con i Clienti e/o a supporto della preparazione delle offerte in carico all’ufficio dedicato; Contatto diretto con i fornitori per la definizione e selezione dei componenti principali di impianto (ventilatori, caldaie a vapore, silenziatori, package SCR, Scrubber, Quencher, etc..); Gestione dei fornitori esterni di ingegneria sia locali che partner internazionali (LC Engineering Center); Preparazione degli AS BUILT a fine commessa elaborando il feedback ricevuto dall’officina o dal cantiere contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei processi aziendal; Gestione delle non conformità relative all’ingegneria con contributo diretto nella preparazione delle azioni correttive a beneficio di tutto il Team.Sei il/la candidato/a ideale se possiedi i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea Specialistica o breve in ingegneria (meccanica, aerospaziale, chimica, energetica o industriale); Esperienza pregressa nel settore O&G e nel ruolo di PE per almeno 5 anni; Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e anche in Team; Capacità di lavorare su multi-task mentendo massima puntualità nelle consegne; Capacità di analisi e di “problem solving”; Capacità di comprensione della documentazione tecnica: disegni costruttivi, schemi di impianto, layout; Conoscenza di uno o più software di visualizzazione, navigazione per modelli impianto in 3D; Conoscenza dei programmi CAD 2D (Autocad); Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office in particolare di excel; Buona padronanza della lingua inglese scritta e verbale.Se questo sei tu, inviaci la tua candidatura ed entra a far parte del nostro team
