Per la nostra sede di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nella unit Creativity che risponda al ruolo di:

Lavorerai all’interno del team Creativity e ti occuperai di sviluppare progetti creativi per campagne di branded content.

Le attività che seguirai nello specifico sono:

ideazione e scrittura di progetti di branded content, dalla raccolta del brief fino alla fase di produzione; assicurare una corrispondenza creativa tra gli obiettivi del cliente e il lavoro finale; studiare i competitors per individuare nuovi trends; lavorare in team crossfunzionali con sales, project manager e talent manager; sviluppare idee creative di format editoriali multi piattaforma in raccordo con le redazioni delle varie testate e magazines del gruppo.

Requisiti

Requisiti Richiesti:

pregressa esperienza in agenzie pubblicitarie da almeno 2/3 anni capacità di organizzare il lavoro nei tempi e nelle modalità di condivisione richieste ottima capacità nell’interpretare le esigenze dei clienti e conciliarle con lo stile ed il TOV dei creators e della piattaforma di riferimento capacità di partecipare a brainstorming creativi capacità di riconoscere trend, trovare insight e sfruttare dati per l’ideazione di creatività esperienza pratica di creazione e diffusione di contenuti digital su canali video / pagine social /progetti online. spiccato interesse per il mondo digital e del branded content capacità nella produzione di presentazioni creative esperienza su set video

Requisiti Preferenziali:

curiosità nel cercare nuovi formati e linguaggi creativi;
ottime capacità gestionali e organizzative; problem solving; teamworking.
