Responsabilità:

Fornire supporto telefonico e attraverso sistema di ticketing ai nostri clienti.

Monitorare remotamente le infrastrutture dei clienti mantenendo aggiornati i dispositivi collegati e messa in opera delle opportune azioni quando vengono rilevati malfunzionamenti.

Analizzare e risolvere problemi tecnici complessi relativi ad apparecchiature audio e video in collaborazione con il team interno oppure con il supporto del vendor fornitore dell’apparato.

Acquisire e mantenere aggiornata la conoscenza degli apparati e le relative specifiche tecniche dei prodotti offerti.

Documentare le soluzioni individuate e le procedure di risoluzione dei malfunzionamenti per futuri riferimenti.

Tenere, curare e implementare l’ offerta di corsi rivolti ai tecnici.

You will ideally have

Competenze richieste:

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).

Gradita esperienza con apparati CS come Logitech, Yealink, Jabra, Extron e Biamp, Barco, .

Capacità di risolvere problemi in modo rapido ed efficiente.

Orientamento al cliente con buone capacità di comunicazione e di relazioni interpersonali

Capacità e competenze organizzative

Propensione al lavoro di squadra
