#WinningRequirements Esperienza di 1-4 anni in società di revisione o consulenza Laurea in Amministrazione, Finanza Aziendale e Controllo o Economia e Management Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici Attitudine al teamwork, al problem solving e spiccate capacità di analisi Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative Dinamicità e attitudine alla professione del consulente, ambizione allo sviluppo professionale Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero

In quanto Consultant/Senior Consultant avrai la possibilità di condividere la tua esperienza e le tue conoscenze con i colleghi più giovani , iniziando a sviluppare capacità di leadership , e individuando la migliore soluzione per il cliente , occupandoti di:

Supportare il Team nelle attività di consulenza a supporto della Direzione Aziendale e di Compliance a livello di Sistema di Controllo Interno Finanziario. La risorsa potrà inoltre essere coinvolta in attività legate ad analisi e ridisegno dei processi finance e accounting, riorganizzazione aziendale, performance management e IAS/IFRS. Interpretare proattivamente i bisogni del cliente, individuando metodologie e approcci coerenti Sviluppare iniziative e soluzioni in modo indipendente , raccogliendo e strutturando dati e svolgendo analisi a supporto delle decisioni di business Valorizzare il contributo delle risorse più Junior e contribuire alla loro crescita Individuare potenziali rischi e criticità e condividerli tempestivamente con il resto del team Collaborare efficacemente in team eterogenei ed internazionali
