In qualità di Regulatory & Competition Expert , entrerai a far parte del team di Regulatory Affairs & Competition e il tuo ruolo sarò fondamentale nella definizione della policy regolamentare di Iliad e assicurare che Iliad sia in grado di competere efficacemente sul mercato, interagendo con le autorità di settore a livello nazionale ed europeo.


Nello specifico, ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

Definire ed implementare la strategia regolamentare di iliad con particolare focus sulle tematiche legate allo spettro radio. Condurre analisi economiche per valutare l'impatto delle normative e delle politiche sulle operazioni aziendali. Preparare e presentare papers di policy alle istituzioni e alle autorità di settore Collaborare con i team interni per garantire la conformità alle normative vigenti ed individuare opportunità di sviluppo Compliance regolamentare e partecipazione a tavoli tecnici da parte delle istituzioni Rapporti con le autorità di settore

Requisiti

Must Have

Esperienza in ruolo analogo (anche in altri settori regolamentati). Saranno valutati anche profili con un livello maggiore di esperienza. Laurea magistrale o equivalente in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o campo correlato Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione e capacità di presentare argomenti complessi in modo chiaro e convincente Ottime doti di analisi quantitativa ed economica Conoscenza sui temi regolamentari nonché su aspetti tecnici legati allo spettro radio, inclusi gli aspetti attinenti alla standardizzazione delle frequenze ad uso IMT Spiccate capacità di gestione della complessità e orientamento al risultato Capacità di lavorare in team e adattarsi a un ambiente dinamico Trasparenza, semplicità e proattività Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritto e parlato (livello C1)
