As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for performing the daily operations of a Testing production line to ensure reliability and consistency.
As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:
Assuring Operations KPI Excellence for the product line/lines under your responsibility. Managing the Team of Test Shop Technicians, Line Assistants and Shop Operators of production line assigned to you. Assuring HSEQ excellence standards respect. Guaranteeing Customer Satisfaction (internal and external). Coordinating the interaction between the functions involved during internal and witnessed test. Driving Variable Cost Productivity and Lead Time reduction Projects. Fostering Cultural Transformation and DE&I across the Shop. Collaborating with the other Supporting Functions to drive Testing Excellence and company sustainability Journey.To be successful in this role you will:
Display experience in Industrial Production, Manufacturing and Testing Demonstrate pro activity and reactivity to prevent, identify and solve issues in multiple variables scenarios. Be able to work with and influence stakeholders. Be fluent both in Italian and English. Hold a Master’s Degree in Engineering or proven experience in a Manufacturing environment.
