For our Milan HQ, we are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic HS&E Trainee who can add value at all levels of the business, supporting in the application of policies across the organization and the implementation of a strong safety culture.

The resource will report directly to the HS&E Manager. He/she will also travel to the other Ateliers to supervise all the activities connected

Do you match this profile?

Master’s Degree in Engineer (Industrial Safety&Risk Engineering will be considered a plus) or in Environmental Science Basic knowledge of HSE regulation – a previous experience will represent a plus Fluent in Italian and English Excellent communication and relational skills Problem solver, multitasking Planning and organization skills Ability to work under in a heterogeneous team

What do we expect from you?

 Support the implementation of the H&S standards, procedures and best practices in compliance with legal requirements Implement HS&E Group Management Policies, Standards and Guidance in line with the Local HS&E Management System and provide relevant training to all affiliate personnel Perform H&S compliance evaluation & supervision and facilitate H&S communication and training Develop and monitor Sustainability KPIs, according to ESG rating Ensure accurate and timely H&S reporting Ensure arrangements are in place for HS&E audits/reviews and inspections of the workplace Ensure all occupational injuries/illnesses, dangerous occurrences, incidents and at-risk behaviours are fully investigated and reported with findings and recommendations for preventive action and corrective action where appropriate
