With offices in Spain, Italy, France, Mexico and Brazil, we lead the industry in attracting talent for Investment Funds, Portfolio Companies, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Developers, Consultancies, Utilities, Equipment Manufacturers, EPC Contractors and O&M Companies in Solar PV, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Biomass, Hydro, Energy Efficiency, Energy Storage and Hydrogen.

Missione

Il cliente è un'azienda che sviluppa e investe in progetti di energia rinnovabile (PV e BESS) in Italia. Dall'identificazione del terreno alla progettazione tecnica, passando per il rilascio di autorizzazioni e la contrattazione EPC, il team di sviluppo svolge un ruolo chiave nel successo di ogni progetto intrapreso. Per l’ufficio di Roma, stiamo cercando un Land Acquisition Manager appassionato di questioni legate alla transizione energetica.

La figura sarà responsabile dell'acquisizione di nuovi terreni idonei allo sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici e di accumulo dell'energia.
Sarà responsabile di:

  • Identificare le nuove opportunità di business per i progetti PV/BESS.

  • Guidare l'avanzamento di ogni opportunità di progetto gestendo tutte le fasi necessarie del processo (interne ed esterne).

  • Garantire la redditività economica delle opportunità.

  • Sviluppare e mantenere la pipeline di vendita attraverso il sistema CRM.

  • Negoziare contratti e accordi con clienti e partner.

  • Sviluppare e gestire in modo efficace e professionale le relazioni con gli stakeholder esterni.

  • Mentoring e supporto al Junior Land Origination Team

Profilo

Il profilo dovrà avere i seguenti requisiti:

  • Almeno 3+ anni di esperienza nello sviluppo greenfield e nelle autorizzazioni di progetti energetici rinnovabili in Italia.

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e interpersonali, con la capacità di costruire e mantenere relazioni con clienti e partner.

  • In grado di lavorare in modo indipendente in un veloce, dinamico ambiente.

  • Informato sugli sviluppi del mercato e sulle notizie/eventi del settore per identificare rapidamente le nuove opportunità di business.

  • Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia.

  • Livello professionale di inglese e italiano.

  • Buone competenze informatiche, in grado di utilizzare i pacchetti Microsoft.

  • Comprensione delle procedure di autorizzazione del progetto (AU / PAUR/ VIA / PUA/ PAS / ecc.).

  • Familiarità con le procedure di collegamento alla rete (TICA) dalla domanda a l'entrata in servizio.
