Process Owner, Supply Chain Business Controlling

We are looking for a highly motivated Process owner, Supply Chain Business Controlling, based in Espoo Finland, Pero Italy or Kunshan China.

As a Process Owner you will ensure compliance and efficiency in global Supply Chain finance processes and control models. You’re expected to understand and benchmark relevant processes and tools in co-operation with KONE internal and external partners and identifying best business practices in business controlling. You will also have a role to coach and train finance colleagues on lean and agile project methodology and working practices. We expect you to bring to our team new ways of thinking of process development and enthusiasm to deliver on our promises.

Main responsibilities:

Lead process design and deployment across all Supply chain locationsLead deployment of SAP S/4 and analytics into business controllingDrive continuous process improvement and maintain development roadmapEvaluate and follow-up strategic projects, business cases and investments with cross-functional teamsEstablish and maintain Supply Chain business controlling process descriptionsPromote lean and agile project methodologiesIdentify best practices, coach and train finance colleagues

Requirements for the role:

Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting and/or business controlling rolesProven track record and experience from finance process development in global environmentExcellent communication, collaboration and change management skillsExcellent knowledge of SAP ERP, Business intelligence and corporate consolidation toolsHands-on experience in orchestrating several parallel projects/program streams to drive consistency in project approach and discipline in project management practicesPrior experience of business case calculations, return on investment thinking in projects and business analyticsEnthusiasm to learn and renew the approach of how KONE operatesFluent English language skills, both written and spoken (professional level)Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
