About the role:   

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Storeroom Clerck to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano

What you will do:  

Reporting into the Director of Purchasing, you are an essential member of the Purchasing team and will be responsible for checking all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure items received and ordered are correct, issuing, storing, pricing and rotating all incoming goods and maintain a good balance in accordance to business needs, updating daily receiving in the Purchasing/Inventory system and generating a Daily Receiving report, ensuring all goods received are delivered to the correct storage place/holding area and maintaining the highest level of business integrity in dealing with vendors and delivery persons. 

The Storeroom Clerck will also be responsible for issuing orders to suppliers and supporting the storekeeper in the storeroooms management.

What you bring:  

At least one year of receiving experience.

You should have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have a keen eye for detail, and be highly organized with the ability to multitask.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
