Mansioni

  • Sviluppo attività formative innovative e coinvolgenti, online e blended, a stretto contatto con fornitori esterni e interni
  • Creazione e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e servizi, arricchendo il portfolio 
  • Sviluppo nuove tecniche di apprendimento fisico e digitale
  • Monitoraggio delle ultime tendenze in fatto di tecnologie e approcci didattici
  • Scouting di proposte formative innovative, attingendo anche al mondo del Game-Based Learning

 

Requisiti

 

  • Laurea in materie scientifiche o umanistiche
  • 2-3 anni di esperienza professionale in ambito formativo nella progettazione di learning objects o in ambito consulenziale.
  • Passione per il mondo della formazione, dell'innovazione digitale e Learning Technologies
  • Ottime abilità comunicative 
  • Ottime doti nell'organizzare progetti e nel rispettare le scadenze
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Buona capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto Office
  • Costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza base di authoring tool e programmi per presentazioni interattive
  • Costituisce requisito preferenziale la pregressa conoscenza di Learning management System (in particolare Moodle)

 

Caratteristiche dell'offerta

  • Contratto: Somministrazione finalizzata all'inserimento diretto con l'azienda cliente
  • Luogo di lavoro: VICENZA OVEST
  • Disponibilità oraria: Full-time, lunedì – venerdì con orario flessibile, inizio 8.00 – 9.30 e termine prestazione lavorativa 17.00 – 18.30. DISPONIBILITA' AL LAVORO AL SABATO, con recuperi infrasettimanali
