Tra le attività:

Configurazione Pc con Windows Entreprise (Tramite Software Centre/Microsoft Intune) Assistenza Utenti riguardo ai problemi legati agli Asset/Programmi Aziendali (Hardware e Software) e di tipo Networking Assistenza e supporto per sistema di gestione di controllo accessi(Micronpass) Partecipazione al progetto Digitalizzazione per l’industria 4.0 tramite i sistemi Phoenix Contact: Configurazione Router e Switch, Creazione profili VPN , applicazione regole firewall (LAN/VPN connection) , Supporto per la digitalizzazione

Requisiti

Conoscenza della struttura di pc Capacità di effettuare analisi Conoscenze in ambito Microsoft con particolare riferimento a Windows e Intune . Conoscenze di base in ambito networking Conoscenza di ServiceNow
