La risorsa si occuperà di:
· Organizzazione e riordino delle sale meeting prima e dopo le riunioni
· Attivazione di interventi e manutenzione delle sale
· Attivazione dell'Ufficio forniture cancelleria per approvvigionamento al piano di articoli di cancelleria e dei dispositivi di sanificazione
· Supervisione del corretto utilizzo del workspace secondo le policy aziendali ed eventuali Protocolli di Sicurezza
· Verifica costante del funzionamento delle attrezzature tecnologiche nelle sale ed eventuali segnalazioni di malfunzionamenti all'assistenza tecnica
· Supporto agli utenti per l'utilizzo degli accessori in sala
· Supporto all'accoglienza degli ospiti nell'Area Clienti
· Supporto nella gestione delle attività amministrative (report, statistiche, Modulistica, ecc.).
Per avere successo in questo ruolo, è fondamentale:
- Diploma di scuola superiore o Laurea Triennale;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e dispositivi informatici;
- Esperienza pregressa in posizioni simili
- Disponibilità Full Time
