The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position
The Consignment Executive reports directly into the Senior Manager Consignment. The role revolves around Buying and Merchandising of the Wholesale Consignment Business:

Take part on Budget definition, with alignment and final check with the Consignment Lead and country Sales Director

Take part on Distribution definition following alignment with the Brands, on actual distribution and further possibility

Take part of promos definition

Regular feedback sessions with La Rinascente buyers and Coin/La Rinascente Area Manager

Deliver an assortment that contributes to an elevated brand experience for the consumer whilst maximizing revenues and profit;

Collection feedback post sales campaign to share with Brand Managers

Shipment analysis and tracking based on weekly CS updates and special events/capsules

Store visit e Staff training

La Rinascente & Coin Replanishment management

In order to do the seasonal kick off, provide the orders/products recap for all the Consignment Sales Staff & VM responsible

Prepares sales reports and SWAT analyses showing the adherence degree to set KPIs

The Ideal Candidate

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Statistics or any related fields

1 or 2 years’ experience in structured environments

Excellent User of Excel and PowerPoint

You are fluent in English (both spoken and written)

You are dynamic, proactive and show strong relationship skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization

You are willing to learn, to work independently and able to prioritize daily activities
