RESPONSABILITA
La nostra società Sapici S.p.a. sta cercando un Process Engineer con sede a Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) per svolgere le seguenti attività:
- Definisce, insieme alla Direzione Tecnica, i parametri di processo per il normale svolgimento delle attività produttive in tutti i reparti e provvede al monitoraggio degli stessi
- Ottimizza l'utilizzo degli impianti esistenti avendo cura di studiare e proporre possibili miglioramenti al processo produttivo ed agli impianti
- Supporta lo scale up all’impianto di nuove formulazioni create in laboratorio accertandone l’applicabilità su base industriale
- Interviene direttamente in presenza di difficoltà riscontrate nei reparti e relative sia ai cicli di lavorazione e di processo che agli impianti
- Analizza e cura la redazione di manuali operativi di servizio per assicurare la migliore produttività di marcia dell'impianto, definisce misure e tempi standard di tutti i processi di base
- Presta assistenza ai reparti produttivi per risolvere eventuali anomalie di marcia durante la lavorazione
- Studia tutte le nuove tecnologie impiantistiche esistenti e/o proposte dal mercato e, stabilisce, attraverso test e prove, quali potranno essere considerate di interesse aziendale per il miglioramento della produttività e/o qualità
- Cura ed aggiorna nel contesto della certificazione di qualità le schede dei processi per assicurare il corretto utilizzo di tutte le attrezzature
- Partecipa allo studio di ogni proposta di investimento tecnico produttiva, giustificandone economicamente i vantaggi
- Sviluppa le diverse fasi della progettazione dall'ingegneria di base a quella di dettaglio, relativa ad interventi complessi, riguardanti innovazioni e/o modifiche di una certa rilevanza, relative anche a diverse sezioni, tra esse concatenate, del ciclo pr oduttivo
- Assicura la realizzazione dei progetti di investimento approvati attraverso il coordinamento e la gestione di tutte le attività, supervisionando e controllando l'avanzamento dei lavori (forniture, personale interno / esterno, materiali) fino al collaudo di accettazione, assicurando, altresì, la soluzione di tutti i problemi emergenti in corso d'opera
- In collaborazione con il Responsabile della Sicurezza, assicura che tutte le fasi dei progetti da lui coordinati, dalla progettazione ai montaggi e all'avviamento, siano esse affidate a personale interno o ad imprese esterne, siano condotte in modo da unif ormarsi alle vigenti norme di sicurezza e rispetto dell'ambiente
IL CANDIDATO AVRÀ LE SEGUENTI COMPETENZE
- Laurea in Ingegneria chimica o industriale o meccanica
- Conoscenza dei principali sistemi e processi tecnologici industriali
- Capacità di analisi e di problem solving
- Competenze organizzative e gestionali
- Capacità di lavorare in Team
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici
