Role Description:

As an Italian Speaking Content Moderator, your main job will be to ensure that our online environments remain safe and welcoming. You'll be reviewing and moderating user-generated content, responding to user inquiries, and enforcing community guidelines. Your daily duties will include:

  • Monitoring content to ensure it adheres to our guidelines.
  • Responding to user queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with other team members to maintain a positive and safe online community.
  • Reporting any issues or trends to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
