Principali compiti e responsabilità :

Gestisce e coordina le risorse di manutenzione per eseguire i programmi di manutenzione (anche avvalendosi del supporto di società esterne) avendo cura di rispettare lo schema di priorità: sicurezza, puntualità, efficienza nell’uso delle risorse

Assicura l’applicazione dei requisiti di sicurezza nell’attività manutentiva, agendo come preposto ai sensi del DLG 81/2008

Collabora con l’ingegneria di Processo alla definizione dei programmi di manutenzione preventiva e alla ricerca di soluzioni tecniche atte a migliorare il livello manutentivo e costruttivo degli impianti, nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.

Supporta l’esecuzione dei programmi di manutenzione preventiva secondo le priorità concordate con la Produzione, l’Ingegneria di Processo e la Supply Chain

Definisce, in accordo con il proprio responsabile, i KPI rappresentativi dei processi di manutenzione e ne garantisce il raggiungimento

Coordina e gestisce le risorse di manutenzione – interne e/o esterne in funzione delle priorità definite

Assicura la gestione efficace ed efficiente del magazzino ricambi in coordinamento con le necessità definite con l’ingegneria di Processo

Collabora con l’Industrializzazione, l’Ingegneria di Processo e la Produzione all’installazione e la messa in servizio dei nuovi impianti

Garantisce la disponibilità e costante aggiornamento di procedure operative necessarie ad eseguire correttamente gli interventi di manutenzione ed i controlli dei sistemi di produzione

È responsabile della gestione degli spazi dedicati all’officina di manutenzione e delle attrezzature in dotazione, garantendone uno stato di gestione in linea con le migliori pratiche

Garantisce la cura e l’aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica, relativa alle macchine e agli impianti nonché il sistema informativo per la gestione della manutenzione (CMMS)

Gestisce le risorse umane affidate in termini di selezione, inserimento, sviluppo e formazione, motivazione e valorizzazione, gestione criticità

Ha la responsabilità di definire ed implementare una struttura organizzativa efficace ed efficiente in linea con le esigenze produttive dello stabilimento produttivo

Definisce i Budget annuali di spese e investimenti di personale, attrezzature di officina e materiali di manutenzione

Promuove, propone e collabora a progetti di miglioramento aziendale sia tecnici che organizzativi

Qualifiche minime richieste

Formazione richiesta :

Laurea in Ingegneria

Esperienza professionale richiesta :

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di Servizi di Manutenzione in aziende manifatturiere complesse

Competenze tecniche :

Manutenzioni meccaniche, elettriche ed elettroniche;

Conoscenza metodologia Lean in area manutenzione.
