The Role
Responsibilities
Service as a point of contact between a client and kyndryl Security Services delivery team for operational governance of security services activities and deliverables Maintain and oversee relationships for MSS delivery organizations providing security support Provide oversight and management for operational MSS security activities, processes and polices as required Oversee device quality assurance processes and devices transitioning to steady state Facilitate delivery for critical situations or sensitive projects Track, report and resolve quality issues impacting the client Coordinate root cause analysis for service delivery defects Provide proactive analysis and recommendations for operational environment Provide continuous improvement through use of service delivery reporting to identify areas of concern in order to develop enhancements where necessary Produce a Standard Operating Procedures Compilations
Who You Are
Skills / experiences
Experience in crisis management Prior supervisory or technical team lead experience Security Technologies (SIEM, firewalls/routers, proxies, endpoint security, and privileged ID management) Security best practices, regulations Technical, business and strategic leadership Project management Customer focused Excellent People Management Ability to interact with staff, peers and customers on a technical and professional level Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills Thorough understanding of customer service related performance metrics
