Motion Technologies è la divisione più grande di ITT, il cui business è dedicato ai trasporti. In particolare, progetta e produce pastiglie per freni, ammortizzatori e soluzioni di tenuta per il mercato automobilistico e ferroviario. In questo contesto siamo alla ricerca di un Responsabile della manutenzione elettrica che deve garantire l’attuazione di piani di manutenzione elettrica preventiva ed a condizione al fine del mantenimento dell’affidabilità ed efficienza degli impianti di stabilimento nel rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità ed ambiente.

Responsabilità essenziali

Implementare piani di manutenzione elettrica preventiva garantendo che i calendari di manutenzione preventiva siano rispettati e gestendo eventuali ritardi che potrebbero verificarsi nell’attuazione degli stessi o anticipi richiesti per malfunzionamenti Gestire le attività connesse alla manutenzione elettrica a condizione Gestire le attività connesse all’industrializzazione tecnica dei nuovi PN (par number) Proporre al responsabile Tecnico le attività che si rendono necessarie per la modifica dei macchinari al fine di migliorarne le performance Monitorare i Break down (BD) ed analizzare gli stessi al fine di ottimizzare gli interventi che si rendano necessari anche analizzando possibili soluzioni che vengono proposte dai manutentori Redigere tulle le SOP ed SMP richieste per standardizzare le attività di manutenzione elettrica Curare le relazioni interpersonali con i propri collaboratori al fine di mantenere un adeguato livello di collaborazione, spirito di gruppo e orientamento al cliente e al risultato, attraverso l'utilizzo di metodi di "team building" Gestire le attività di manutenzione in turno in collaborazione con il capo turno per definire le priorità d’intervento Gestisce il rapporto con i fornitori al fine di garantire la celerità d’intervento in caso di BD Gestione dei fornitori per garantire la realizzazione di nuovi progetti nelle tempistiche pianificate. Si assicura che il team della manutenzione elettrica sia rispettoso delle regole di sicurezza, qualità ed ambiente vigenti in azienda Si occupa della valutazione e dello sviluppo continuo delle risorse che coordina Segue le attività di miglioramento in capo alla manutenzione elettrica (Kaizen)

Competenze

Conoscenza lettura schemi elettrici

conoscenza leggi elettriche, di elettronica, di elettrotecnica

conoscenza ed utilizzo:

PLC (siemens S7 )

Linguaggi di programmazione AWL, KOP, FUP

Software Tia-portal 

Sistemi di comunicazione Profibus, Profinet

Uso di applicazioni analogiche quali la termoregolazione

Gestione e programmazione dell’interfaccia HMI

Sistemi di visione

Sistemi robotizzati (preferenziale FANUC)

analisi causa radice dei fermi

Competenze gestionali e nell’organizzazione del tempo

Requisiti

esperienza consolidata preferibilmente in aziende di produzione metalmeccanica/automazione 

esperienza consolidata di azionamenti, pannelli operatori, termoregolazione e posizionamenti.

diploma di perito elettrotecnico/elettromeccanico o discipline affini e/o laurea in ingegneria elettrica/elettronica/automazione o affine

esperienza pregressa nella gestione di un team di lavoro

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
