We are currently seeking

a highly experienced and talented Project Manager to join our team in Milan. As a Project Manager within our Project & Development Services (P&DS) division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction and development projects throughout Italy. Your role will involve delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and objectives. Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables. Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, consultants, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the timely completion of projects. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. Develop and track project budgets, reviewing and approving project expenses, invoices, and change orders to maintain cost control. Establish quality standards, and conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety guidelines. Proactively identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and strong collaborative relationships. Availability for Travel: The selected candidate must be available for travel within Italy for project management missions lasting more than one day.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction or real estate industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and Italian building codes and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken Italian and English. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
