The Procurement Excellence & Development Department is your anchor for success in the Procurement & Supply Chain at Costa. With collaboration at its core, our team aligns strategic procurement across various functions, ensuring precise strategy implementation and resource allocation. Join us, as we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to lead a very skilled team of data analysts and system administrator.

How youll live your ambition:

From our offices in Genoa , as a Planning & Governance Manager , you will manage the data of the department, doing analysis and demand forecasting. You will define processes assuring the compliance of the company policies, define KPI and monitor department performances highlighting criticalities and areas of improvement. You will play a pivotal role in bringing innovation, leading projects, being the interface with the IT department.

  • An academic background in Economics, IT, Business, or Supply Chain Management has been your starting point.
  • Your passion and enthusiasm in facing new challenges, propose solutions leading projects and working in team is essential in this role.
  • Your experience and knack for building strong alliances with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in collaborating to drive strategic initiatives and achieve exceptional business results.
  • Every day, you contribute to empowering excellence through a data-driven approach and analytical mindset. For this, you have an advanced competence in MS excel, power BI will be considered a plus.
  • As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English.
