JOB PURPOSE

This role reports to the IT SAP P2P Development Manager and will be in charge of the key activities of the Procure to pay Cycle.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Review end to end Procure to pay processes and business Blueprint's requirements;

•Contribute to the evaluation of new business opportunities and initiatives in Procure to pay process;

•Review, analyse, and evaluate as-is P2P process;

 •Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components related MM (Sales &Distribution) module, with good knowledge of other SAP modules, such as FI-CO;

•Perform or manage production support of SAP business processes as needed;

•Support IT testing, Cutover, Go-live and hypercare care IT activities;

•Perform root cause analysis and technical performance optimization;

•Create custom queries and development reports;

•Analyse user needs and architecture complete solutions;

•Design, develop, codes, specifications, and test programs for SAP MM modules and functions using ABAP programming language.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

•Fluent in English both oral and written, other European language considered a plus (Italian is a preference);

•Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business administration, Economy, Mathematics, or other technical field;

•Minimum 5 years working experience in primary consulting Firms and/or Large Multinational Corporations;

•Significant previous experience in SAP S/4 HANA projects and experience with SAP Data Migration and integration points between SAP, middleware and sub-systems;

•Strong functional knowledge of Procurement processes and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in setting up the Procurement processes in SAP like purchase ordering, receiving, invoicing;

•Proficient in ABAP programming, testing, debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP MM functional areas;

•Knowledge of other procurement systems is considered a plus.
