Il sito di Piossasco è leader nella progettazione e produzione di apparecchi per il controllo del freno, nei quali elettronica, software e pneumatica interagiscono strettamente.
Lavorerai nel team di System Engineering Europe, riportando al System Engineering Italy Responsible.
Come farai la differenza?
Nel ruolo di Brake System Engineer sarai responsabile, per i progetti affidati, di coordinare tutte le attività relative all’ingegneria, rispettando requisiti, budget e tempistiche stabiliti.
Come sarà la tua giornata tipo?
Garantire che tutti i requisiti tecnici e le richieste del Cliente siano coperti dall'Engineering-Scope definito
Generare l'input tecnico per la pianificazione dettagliata del progetto e garantire che le attività siano chiaramente indirizzate ai domini responsabili, coordinandone l'esecuzione
Coordinare l’esecuzione delle attività, garantendo che ogni ente di Ingegneria coinvolto nel progetto fornisca i risultati tecnici richiesti dal progetto
Approvare tutte le specifiche, come calcoli, analisi di sicurezza, rapporto di prova del tipo di sistema, etc…
Analizzare e segnalare tutte le modifiche al budget, alla pianificazione, ai requisiti e ai risultati del progetto
Mantenere aggiornato l'elenco dei punti aperti relativi agli elementi tecnici, eseguendo revisioni periodiche con i domini per stabilire la priorità delle azioni
Fornire al Project Manager la relazione periodica sul progetto, consigliandolo in tutte le questioni tecniche e proponendo soluzioni
Cooperare con le altre funzioni all'interno e all'esterno del Project Core Team in attività inter-funzionali (ad es. revisione della riduzione dei costi, analisi dei rischi e delle opportunità)
Garantire che la verifica e la convalida siano adeguatamente pianificate, eseguite e documentate
Garantire l'integrazione ed il funzionamento di tutti i prodotti e sottosistemi nel sistema completo, nel rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali del Cliente
Fornire un ritorno di esperienza al Product Manager per la capitalizzazione, rilasciando LLC (Lesson Learned Card) o aggiornando le regole di progettazione
Supportare la validazione in laboratorio e in campo del sistema frenante
Cosa vogliamo sapere di te?
Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente aerospaziale o meccatronica)
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
Conoscenza delle principali basi di Project Management
Conoscenza delle principali basi di gestione commessa
Conoscenza delle tecniche di tracciabilità dei requisiti
Abilità nella gestione di risorse e team di progetto
Capacità di organizzazione
Capacità di problem solving
Capacità di lavoro in team multifunzionali
Sono graditi:
Conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera
Precedente esperienza in ambito ferroviario
